Lawyers for the six original plaintiffs
in Kansas and Virginia withdrew the filing so that they
could review the impending Cole Commission report that came
out this week. The Cole Commission report is said to be
very helpful in making the case for the wheat farmers.
The lawsuit is expected to be refilled by the end of
the year in Washington, DC with the request that it be
certified as a class action lawsuit. Under this certification,
U. S. farmers who lost money due to the illegal activities
of the AWB will be compensated.
